Coach Brian Weaver – D1 Mindset Coach

Coach Weaver began his coaching career as an assistant on the baseball staff at Central Bucks West High School from 2007–2011. He later returned to lead the program as Head Coach from 2018–2024, inheriting a team that had averaged just four wins over the previous four seasons. Under his leadership, CB West quickly transformed into a competitive program, earning a postseason berth for the first time in a decade.

The program reached new heights in 2023 when the team set a school record for wins, won the first state playoff game in school history, and captured CB West’s first-ever PIAA District 1 Championship.

After the 2024 season, Coach Weaver stepped down as head coach to spend more time with his young family. He continues to remain active in the game as a Special Assistant at Quakertown High School, where he focuses on scouting, analytics, and mental performance training.

Coach Weaver is also a Mental Performance Mastery (MPM) Certified Coach, a credential he has held for six years, and serves as the Director of Program Development for the Quakertown Bulldogs.

In addition to baseball, Coach Weaver has extensive coaching experience in tennis and football. As part of the CB West tennis program, he helped lead the team to four consecutive league championships from 2014–2017.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Coach Weaver is a dedicated educator who has spent his career impacting students and athletes both in and out of the classroom.

He and his wife, Kristin, live in Quakertown PA with their three children, Olivia, Abby, and Gabe.
