Dan Kusters, a former Division I scholarship baseball player at Villanova University, has built his career around Leadership, Mentorship, and Empowerment. A two-time League MVP at Archbishop Wood High School, inaugural Hall of Fame inductee, and member of the Philadelphia Inquirer’s All-City Team of the past 30 years, his playing career laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to developing the next generation of leaders.

As Founder and President of the Bucks County Generals, Dan has created one of the region’s premier baseball programs—producing MLB Draft selections, including 1st-rounder,  a 3rd-rounder, and a 6th rounder, along with hundreds of college commitments. The Generals have elevated baseball across Bucks County, with a player-development model built on high standards and leadership culture. With 30 years in education, Dan blends classroom expertise with his coaching philosophy to foster environments where athletes and students thrive.

A Certified Mental Performance Mastery (MPM) Coach, and Co-Owner of D1 Mindset Coach, Dan is also trained in Leadership, Culture Building, EQ, and Coaching Leadership. He integrates these skills to help athletes develop elite performance and strong character. As Head Coach at Council Rock-North, he guided teams to multiple PIAA-AAAA playoff runs, captured the 2010 District 1 Championship, and was named Bucks County Courier Times Coach of the Year in 2007.
