Kate is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant. She specializes in working with youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes by providing mental strategies to help them reach optimal performance in their sport. In addition to enhancing athlete performance, Kate addresses mental health issues and develops individualized treatment plans to fit the needs of each client. Kate is an active member of the Next Level Mental Performance Team, as well as, operates her own private practice in Chatham, New Jersey called Martino Mindset

Kate previously worked at Inspire Wellness, a private therapeutic practice in Bergen County, New Jersey. At Inspire Wellness she assisted in the NBA draft process, provided mental performance services to the Long Island Nets G League team, and implemented workshops for various high schools, colleges, and clubs in New Jersey.

Kate was a three sport athlete at Summit High School, where she played soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. She was a member of the 2013 NCAA Division I Women’s Lacrosse National Championship Team at the University of North Carolina. Kate finished her collegiate athletic career at The College of the Holy Cross.
