Her athletic journey began with a variety of sports, from gymnastics to soccer to softball—if it involved a ball, bat, or competition, she was all in. She proudly pitched for LaSalle University and earned her Precision Nutrition certification in 2017. Transitioning to full-time coaching in 2019, she faced the challenge of balancing fitness with life as a mother of four. Encouraged by a friend, she joined CrossFit Newtown and discovered a passion that reignited her fitness journey. She sees coaching as a collaborative narrative with each member, cherishing the relationships she builds and celebrating milestones they once thought impossible.
