Basic Information

Hi, I’m Stephanie

I am a former NCAA Division I collegiate softball player at the University at Albany. From 2008-2012, I was a slap-hitting outfielder and helped lead our team to an America East Conference Championship in 2011.

Since college, because of my love for the sport, I have remained active in softball and even continued playing in an adult fast-pitch league.

From 2013-2014, I had the opportunity to serve as a Philadelphia Phillies Ballgirl: an ambassador, liaison, and role model for the community, children and all fans on and off the field.

More recently, I have begun working with girls of all ages providing slapping and hitting instruction as well as team trainings.

In previous years, I received my Masters Degree in Nutrition at Drexel University and have been working as a Dietitian for the past 5 years.

Throughout the years of playing sports, I learned the value of proper nutrition and fueling the body for performance and I have been able to share that information with a variety of organizations, including: Philadelphia Phillies Youth Organization, local Philadelphia-area high school track teams, gym enthusiasts at a local CrossFit gym and a high intensity gym owned and operated by a former Philadelphia Eagle.

I also had the opportunity to expand my expertise on a Farm to Table immersion program in England working with culinary professionals and dietitians in an approach to understand performance and well-being of professional athletes. My goal has always been to incorporate my love of the game and my passion for nutrition to help educate and empower young women for their success in sport and in all future endeavors.
